HOME MEDICAL EQUIPMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS

A Home Medical Equipment Service Provider means a person or company licensed by the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy that engages in the sale, delivery, installation, maintenance, replacement, or demonstration of home medical equipment as defined in section 4752. of the Ohio Revised Code.


RENEWAL INFORMATION

Home Medical Equipment Service Provider license or registration holders will be sent information regarding renewal via electronic communication using the contact information (e-mail) listed in the eLicense system.

HOME MEDICAL SERVICES ADVISORY COUNCIL

The Board of Pharmacy is responsible for appointing a Home Medical Services Advisory Council for the purpose of advising the Board on issues relating to providing home medical equipment services. The Council must consist of not more than seven individuals knowledgeable in the provision of home medical equipment services. Members shall serve three-year terms.
