Instructions

The Board’s Ohio Pharmacy Law Course is designed to provide applicants with critical knowledge on the laws and rules governing the practice of pharmacy. It includes 16 law and rule review videos with 6 quiz questions generated between the videos. To pass the Ohio Pharmacy Law Course, you must obtain a score of 75%.

For Reciprocity Applicants: You ONLY have three attempts to pass this quiz. Failure to pass the course within three attempts will result in your application being abandoned and application fee forfeited. In addition, you only have six months to complete the course before your application is deemed abandoned and application fee forfeited.

For Examination Applicants: You will be limited to three attempts to pass this quiz prior to graduating. After graduation, failure to pass the course within three attempts will result in your application being abandoned and application fee forfeited. Your Ohio pharmacist license will not be issued until both examinations (NAPLEX and UMPJE) and this course are completed successfully.

NOTE: This course is approximately 60-75 minutes in length and designed to be completed in one sitting. There is no button to skip forward through the course. If you start the course but remain inactive for 55 minutes, your session will expire and you will have to start over at the beginning.
